Genocidal Sinhala settlements were formed along the Mannar Madavachi road in Vavuniya, and a genocidal Sinhala settlement was established in Mannar Musali. Two hundred acres of farmland surrounding the Kokkadiwan Pond were distributed to 165 Sinhalese families. Additionally, many border villages of Vavuniya, adjacent to Othiyamalai, were renamed as “Gajabhagupura.”
Genocidal Sinhala settlements were particularly established in areas such as Ceylon Theatre, Dollars Farm, Thanikal, and Navalar Farm. Many Sinhalese villages, such as Singapura and the 13th Colony, were formed on the border of Mullaitivu. In Kokutoduwai, 2,156 acres of land were distributed to the Sinhalese people, who were also settled in Kotakkeni, Ambattan Vaikkal, Vellakallady, and Thotta Kanda Kulam in Kokutoduwai.

The lands of the Eelam Tamil nation in Suriyanaru and Munthirikaikulam areas were confiscated and given to Sinhalese settlers.
